The moment a customer purchases your listing we email you straight away. You have 5 days to pack and ship — if you don't, the order is automatically refunded.

Ship it — then your funds are released

Upload your tracking number to your dashboard, or generate a prepaid Sniff shipping label using your account balance. Funds release the moment the courier scans the parcel.

Withdraw to any NZ bank account

Request a withdrawal anytime. Processed Monday–Friday, 8AM–10PM to any NZ bank account. We deduct our 30% automatically — nothing to calculate.
