We run the marketplace. Verified women list their items, buyers browse and purchase — and we handle everything in between to keep it safe, discreet and straightforward for both sides.
What happens when you buy
From checkout to delivery, here's exactly what to expect after you place an order on Sniff.
You place your order
Browse listings, choose a seller and complete checkout through Sniff. Payment is processed securely on our platform — the seller never handles your payment details directly.
The seller prepares and ships within 5 days
Once your order is confirmed, the seller has 5 days to prepare and dispatch your item. If they don't ship within that window, your payment is automatically refunded in full — no questions asked.
You get an email when it ships
We send shipping confirmation to the email address on your account the moment your order is dispatched. Make sure you use an email address you actually check — we won't chase you down another way.
Delivery in discreet packaging
Sellers are required to ship in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies Sniff, the seller, or the contents.
What shows on your bank statement
Your privacy matters. We've made sure that nothing about your purchase is obvious to anyone who might see your bank statement.
Bank & card payments
Your statement will show SNIFF NZ — no mention of what was purchased, who the seller was, or what the item was.
Pay by crypto
We accept cryptocurrency as an alternative payment method for buyers who prefer it.
Refunds
If a seller doesn't ship within 5 days, your refund is processed automatically back to your original payment method.

All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Sniff never stores your card details.
Every seller is verified before you see them
We don't let any woman list on Sniff until she's passed our identity verification process. By the time a listing is visible to you, the woman behind it has already been checked and approved by us.
Identity verification required
Every seller must complete ID verification before their first listing goes live. We confirm they are who they say they are — no exceptions.
Listings are reviewed before going live
We check each listing before it's published. Anything that doesn't meet our standards is rejected — so what you see on Sniff has passed a human review.
Some women choose not to show their face — that's fine
Not every woman on Sniff has a photo of their face on their profile, and that's entirely their choice. Every single one of them was still verified by us internally when they joined — their identity and age were confirmed. They simply prefer to keep their face off the platform for their own safety and privacy. You can buy with confidence knowing the listing is from a real, verified woman regardless.
We provide the marketplace — the women selling are independent
Sniff is the platform. The women listing items are independent individuals who manage their own stock and shipping. Our system is mostly automated — Sniff staff do not look into orders unless a customer contacts us requesting an update. The women on our platform also cannot see your contact email at any point.
